NYC- Police arrested a man Monday accused of pushing a stranger onto subway tracks in an unprovoked attack.
Lamale McRae, 41, was arrested after allegedly pushing the unidentified male victim as he waited on the L platform at Wycoff and Myrtle Ave on Friday, reports CBS News.
McRae can be seen on surveillance footage running from behind the victim from the other side of the platform and intentionally pushing him onto the tracks before fleeing with a bookbag.
McRae served time in prison for attempted murder and has over a dozen prior arrests.
The victim luckily survived and suffered minor injuries.
