Police in Atlanta seeking two men seen on video with missing girl

ATLANTA- Police have released a video showing two men who they are seeking to question about the disappearance of 3-year-old Kamille “Cupcake” McKinney.

The surveillance video shows two men, one who walks by McKinney as she’s playing with another little girl unattended at the Tom Brown Village public housing community in Avondale.

One man can be seen walking right past the two little girls, but then a man with a limp can be seen walking up to both McKinney and the other girl. He looks like he spoke to them, and he’s then seen walking off camera with both children.

Police are seeking to question the first man seen on video, as they believe him to be a witness. As for the second man, he’s being considered a person of interest.

McKinney was kidnapped as she was attending a birthday party.

She was last seen alive wearing a pink Minnie Mouse T-shirt. Anyone with information in the case is asked to call the Birmingham Police Department at 205-254-7777.
