CALIFORNIA- A police officer is on paid leave after being accused of rape.
According to KTLA, the victim went on her Facebook and accused officer Nicholas Shawn Stark of assaulting her 4 years earlier.
This information got the attention of police, who launched an investigation, and arrested Stark, who is on paid leave.
Stark has been arrested on suspicion of raping a drugged victim.
He was 24 at the time of the alleged incident and wasn’t an officer.
Stark has been released on a $250,000 bail.
