NEW JERSEY- A police officer caught a 1-month-old girl who was thrown off of a second-floor balcony this past weekend.
Police responded to call about a man threatening to harm the infant.
According to NorthJersey.com, officers positioned themselves below the second-floor balcony as the unidentified man was dangling the baby in a standoff, and officer Eduardo Matute caught the infant.
A man was arrested and charged, but it’s unclear what his relationship to the infant was, or what led up to the incident.
