NYC- Police have released video footage of the alleged gunman who almost killed drill rapper Nas Blixky last month, police say.
The footage shows a man dressed in a black coat on Monday, walking down Montgomery St. before he pulls a gun out as he’s crossing the street towards Rogers Gardens and opens fire at the rapper, reports The New York Daily News.
The shooting happened on Jan. 27.
The rising rapper, whose real name is Nasir Fisher, 22, was shot in his back and leg.
The rapper’s family says he has decided to drop his stage name and will no longer rap about gun violence. He had just signed a record deal.
