Actor Marion “Pooch” Hall is facing up to six years and six months in prison for a D.U.I. and child abuse, according to TMZ who first broke the story.
The 41 year old actor was charged with driving under the influence and felony child abuse by the Los Angeles County District Attorney for an accident involving his son earlier this month. He was of course arrested.
According to police reports, a witness saw Hall’s vehicle hit a parked car in California on October 3rd. The witness told police that Hall was behind the wheel in the driver’s seat with his 2 year old son on his lap during the crash.
The witness also said that Hall allowed his son to take the wheel. The witness continued by saying also that his son was sobbing after the accident.
Hall failed a field sobriety test when he blew three times California’s state legal limit. Surprisingly, nobody was hurt but Hall’s wife now has custody of his son and their other children after Child Services stepped in.
