Professional Bull Rider Ouncie Mitchell Shot And Killed At 27, Girlfriend Arrested

SALT LAKE CITY- Professional bull rider known as Ouncie Mitchell has died after he was allegedly shot and killed by his girlfriend, according to reports.

Police arrested LaShawn Denise Bagley on suspicion of murder in the death of Ouncie Mitchell, whose real name is Demetrius Omar Lateef Allen.

Allen, 27, was found with “at least one gunshot wound” outside of an apartment complex around 12:06 a.m. Monday. He was taken to a hospital where he died from his injuries.

Allen was in Salt Lake City to compete in the PRCA Rodeo at the Utah State Fair and was staying with Bagley, who he was in a relationship, reports Fox 13.

Police say that after the fair, the two got into an argument at a bar and Allen went to get his belongings at Bagley’s apartment when he was fatally shot.

Allen leaves behind a 4-year-old daughter.
Bagley was also charged with felony discharge of a gun.
