Prosecutors Seek Death Penalty For Rapper Who Killed Pregnant Ex After Being Acquitted Of Double Murder

FLORIDA- Prosecutors plan on seeking the death penalty for a rapper, who’s accused of shooting and killing his pregnant ex.

Billy Adams, 22, was arrested and charged in Feb. for the shooting death of 22-year-old Alana Sims just three days after being acquitted of a double murder.

According to a written notice filed by the office of Hillsborough State Attorney Suzy Lopez on March 24, should Adams be found guilty of murdering Sims and her unborn baby, they will seek capital punishment, reports WTSP.

Adams, also known as “Ace NH” was arrested on Feb. 8, after he admitted to shooting Sims the day she was found fatally shot next outside of her next car. Her 1-year-old son was found just feet away unharmed.

Adams was acquitted of killing two men at a recording studio days before he allegedly killed Sims.
