Quavo Re-Enacts Elevator Fight With Ex Saweetie In New Music Video

Rapper Quavo got petty with it in his latest music video, after re-enacting the famous elevator fight, he had with his ex, rapper Saweetie.

The former Migos rapper and Takeoff dropped the official video for “Messy” off their new album Only Built For Infinity Links Monday.

In the video, Quavo and Takeoff wake up from a lucid dream. In the video, both rappers walk through a haunted house as each room has a chaotic scene with people arguing, fighting and even children running around with Halloween decorations hanging.

Quavo is seen laying on a bed with a woman, as he’s holding what appears to be a Migos contract (seemingly referring to the group breaking up) before he gets up and walks away.

The next scene then shows him in an elevator, starring into a surveillance camera, rapping, as he holds an orange suitcase that has “Call Of Duty” on it.

Quavo and Saweetie were caught on security footage, getting into a fight at their former apartment complex back in 2020. In the footage, released by TMZ, the Atlanta rapper can be seen tussling with Saweetie over an orange box that contained his video game console in it, which falls to the floor.

Quavo snatches the box, as Saweetie falls to the floor.

The internet seems divided about the video, with some saying Quavo needs to stop being petty about his break-up with Saweetie and just let it go.
