Singer R. Kelly’s lawyer filed 11 pages of documents in court on Monday.
According to Steve Greenberg. the troubled singer has several “health issues” and is not receiving fair treatment when it comes to his jailhouse privileges like phone calls and who’s allowed to visit him.
Breenberg said that Kelly “has a number of health issues which need to be addressed and for which he is not presently receiving adequate medical care.”
Kelly’s attorney claims that the singer has suffered “numbness in his hand, anxiety, and an untreated hernia.”
The singer is currently facing 18 federal counts in both Chicago and NYC. He could also possibly be facing 195 if found guilty for just one crime he’s being accused of in Chicago.
Some of Kelly’s charges include child porngraphy and enticing a minor into illegal sexual activity..
