HOUSTON, TEXAS – D.J. Hayden, a 2013 first-round pick of the Oakland Raiders has died after being one of six people who were killed in a car accident.
The deadly collision happened in downtown Houston around 2 a.m. on Saturday, according to reports.
Hayden, 33, was the 12th overall pick in 2013. He also played for the Detroit Lions and Jacksonville Jaguars.
Zach McMillan, another former Cougar player also lost his life in the crash.
