Rapper 22Gz Arrested For Attempted Murder At Airport

NYC- Rapper 22Gz was arrested after landing at John. F Kenndy Airport Sunday and charged with attempted murder.

The Brooklyn drill rapper, whose real name is Jefferey Mark Alexander, allegedly shot a man on March 6 in Brooklyn.

The 31-year-old victim suffered a gunshot wound to his left foot, the NYPD said, reports to The New York Post.

The 24-year-old rapper was also charged with two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree assault and first-degree reckless endangerment, police said, according to The New York Post.

He was arraigned in Brooklyn Supreme Court on Monday night and his bail was set at $500,000, reports The New York Post.
