MEMPHIS- Rapper Big Uncc is facing drug and weapons charges after police say he hit two vehicles with a stolen car.
On October 15, police spotted a white Dodge Charger with drive out tags at the scene of a accident. A car had hit two other vehicles, after running a red light, police say, reports WHBQ Memphis.
The driver of the car was later identified as Big Uncc, whose real name is Daniel J. Banks, records show.
Police allegedly found a Glock attached to a fully automatic machine gun on the ground and an empty holster in the rapper’s waistband. The magazine to the Glock was allegedly found in Uncc’s car, FOX 5 Memphis reported.
The Dodge Charger was stolen from Texas, police say.
According to an affidavit, police also found 592 grams of marijuana and a bottle of oxycodone.
He also had no driver’s license.
Banks is facing multiple charges including unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a controlled substance, leaving the scene of an accident with injury, evading arrest and theft of property.
