Rapper Blueface Expected To Plead Guilty In Connection To Las Vegas Shooting

LAS VEGAS- Rapper Blueface is expected to enter a guilty plea Monday in connection to his role in a Las Vegas shooting.

Blueface allegedly shot at a man for poking fun at the rapper outside of a nightclub in October 2022.

Las Vegas Metro police arrested the 26-year-old rapper, whose real name is Johnathan Porter, and charged him with attempted murder.

He was later released on $50,000 bail.

Blueface will plead guilty to avoid jail time, according to reports.

The troubled rapper is said to plead guilty to charges of battery and discharging a firearm at or into an occupied structure, his lawyers said.

The victim was shot outside of the Euphoric Gentleman’s Club on Windy Road off the Las Vegas strip. The unidentified male said he had spoken with Blueface “earlier in the night.”

But the rapper got upset when the man said he made a joke about the rapper “speaking to some females in a cheap vehicle.”

The victim said he was attempting to leave in his truck after the fight when men from Blueface’s crew may have thought he was reaching for a gun and allegedly bean shooting at him.

He was shot multiple times in his hand as he drove away but suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
