Rapper Blueface Gets Probation In Las Vegas Case

LAS VEGAS – A judge has granted probation for rapper Blueface, after he was accused of violating probation previously granted to him in the same case.

A Clark County Judge granted probation for up to three years while suspending a two-to-five-year prison sentence. It means Blueface doesn’t have to serve time in prison if he complies with conditions, KLAS reports.

Blueface was also ordered to serve 30 days in jail but gave the rapper credit for time served as he sits in jail for an unrelated California case.

The judge issued a bench warrant for the rapper, whose real name is Johnathan Porter on Feb. 1 for violating terms of his probation. The violation was related to cellphone footage that showed Blueface pushing a woman off stage at a show last December, so she could fight his on & off girlfriend, and the mother to his kids, Jaidynn Alexis.

Blueface could be heard telling Jaidyn “Get her”, before the two women got into an altercation in the crowd.

He was originally sentenced to serve a two-to-five-year sentence (probation) on Oct. 2, 2023, for a shooting outside of a Las Vegas strip club that left a man injured the year prior.

Blueface was initially charged with attempted murder, but his charges were dropped after a plea deal, where he was charged with battery and discharging a firearm.

He currently owes the club $13 million, including interest. The club lost their licenses after the shooting incident involving the rapper.

Let’s see how long he’ll be “out of trouble.”
