Rapper DaBaby will not be facing any criminal charges for a shooting at his home after a man trespassed on his property last month, according to the Troutman Police Department’s Facebook page.
The department wrote that they had consulted with Iredell County District Attorney’s Office and they have decided that at “this time” not file charges against the rapper.
DaBaby was home on April 15 with another person when an unidentified man came onto the rapper’s property without his permission.
DaBaby shot the man once in his leg and called 911.
The intruder suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
