Rapper DJ Quik’s son has been charged with murder after his recent arrest in connection to the death of a man.
David Martin Blake, 27, was charged on Tuesday with the May 25 killing of Julio Cardoza.
Blake allegedly shot and killed Cardoza after a dispute in the 13200 block of Carfax Ave, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, reports NBC4.
The 33-year-old victim suffered multiple gunshot wounds and died that same day at a hospital.
Blake will be arraigned on June 14.
DJ Quik is a rapper, DJ and producer who has worked with artists like Snoop Dogg, Tupac Shakur and many more.
