Rapper DJ Quik’s Son Pleads Not Guilty To Murder Charge

Rapper DJ Quik’s son pleaded not guilty to murder Tuesday.

David Marvin Blake Jr. 27, was charged with killing Julio Cardoza, who was shot during an argument with Blake Jr. on May 25, according to Los Angeles authorities, reports MyNewsLa.

Blake is accused of shooting Cardoza and then fleeing the scene during a dispute.

The 33-year-old victim was later pronounced dead at a hospital.

He’s due back in court on June 27, according to MyNewsLa.
