MEMPHIS- Rapper EBG Ejizzle was arrested after violating his probation.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the rapper was arrested Sept. 11, months after he pleaded guilty to aggravated assault, which was a downgrade from his initial charge of attempted murder and was given 3 years of probation.
Prosecutors say EBG failed a drug test less than two weeks after starting his probation. He allegedly tested positive for opiates, benzodiazepines, oxycodone and marijuana.
He allegedly shot up a parked car and brandished the weapon in a threatening manner. He also had an active warrant for his arrest for reckless endangerment and vandalism, reports TMZ.
Prosecutors are now asking the court to revoke the rapper’s original sentence of probation. He’s currently being held in jail without bail.
