Rapper/actor Eric. B has been released from jail after being arrested on a 17-year-old warrant.
The rapper, whose real name is Eric Barrier, was released Tuesday from Bergen County Jail where he’s been since Oct. 28th according to NJ.com.
The rapper was locked up on a bench warrant that was issued back in 2002 for failure to appear in court for a sentencing. He pleaded guilty to to assault earlier that year.
The rapper’s attorney says that Barrier was told he didn’t have to appear in court for his case.
Eric. B is best known for being in one of the best rap duo’s with rapper Rakim. He also began acting, and was on the CBS “Blue Bloods.”
