Rapper Fetty Wap Pleads Guilty To Federal Drug Charges

Rapper Fetty Wap pleaded guilty on Monday to conspiracy to possess and distribute cocaine, reports The Post.

The New Jersey rapper, whose real name is Willie Maxwell II, entered his plea before Judge Steven I. Locke at the federal courthouse on Long Island, according to The Post.

Fetty told the judge, “I agreed with other people to distribute cocaine”, the news outlet reported.

The charge carries a maximum sentence of 40 years in prison.

The ‘Trap Queen’ rapper is accused of being a part of a drug ring that would get cocaine from Suffolk County and move it to New Jersey to sell.
