LOS ANGELES- Rapper Fetty Wap is being sued by a woman who’s alleging that he assaulted her.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the alleged victim is suing Fetty Wap for assault. She claims that Fetty Wap strangled and punched her during a fight that took place inside of his Los Angles home in June of 2019.
The alleged victim also states in court documents that Fetty Wap was drunk before allegedly assaulting her. She also added that he also threatened to kill her after allegedly assaulting her.
Documents state that the plaintiff reportedly “continues to suffer from extreme distress, humiliation, indignation, and outrage as a result of Fetty Wap’s intoxicated and violent conduct.”
