Rapper Future will be heading to trial with his daughter’s mother over child support.
According to court documents obtained by Radar, Future’s lawyer is asking the court to set a date for trial. Unfortunaly, Future and his daughter’s mother, Eliza Reign, were unable to come to an agreement when it comes to child support just two weeks ago during mediation, Radar reports.
Eliza sued Future in 2019 in order for him to take a paternity test. The test results showed that Future was her daughter’s father.
She demanded $53,000 a month for child support, but a judge ordered the Atlanta rapper to pay $3,200 a month for child support.
Future filed a federal lawsuit against Eliza for defamation. She countersued him, and his case against her was dismissed.
Eliza says the court made an error in making the decision, and wants Future to pay more.
