Rapper Gangsta Boo’s Cause Of Death Revealed

MEMPHIS- A cause of death for rapper Gangsta Boo has been revealed, according to a report.

The former Three 6 Mafia rapper was found dead in her home on Jan. 1.

The pioneer rapper, whose real name is Lola Mitchell, died at 43.

According to TMZ, the rapper died from a drug overdose. Sources close to the rapper told the outlet that the rapper’s death appears to be allegedly “drug-related.”

Gangsta Boo was with her brother at a local concert in Memphis when her brother allegedly began to overdose and had to be hospitalized.

The sources say that Gangsta Boo overdosed herself, as her brother was receiving treatment. They insist that there were narcotics found at the scene where she died, and it’s believed that she used a fentanyl-laced substance.

Gangta Boo was the second female rapper in Three 6 Mafia, before she went on to be solo artist. Many call her the “Queen Of The South.”
