Rapper GI MOE OMG has died at the age of 33.
The Los Angeles rapper’s death was confirmed by his publicist, according to The Sun.
His publicist, Rebecca Kinchen, says the details surrounding his death are unclear at this time.
She told The US SUN that rumors of the rapper dying in a car wreck, or being shot, are false.
GI was reportedly found dead.
Results from the coroner’s office will reveal a cause of death. There is also an active investigation.
GI JOE OMG was a rising star in the rap game, releasing an album in 2018 titled “Mailbox Money” with the late rapper Nipsey Hussle, who GI grew up with.
He had recently released new music under his label.
The rapper also had a clothing line named On My Grind, which is the name of his record label.
