Rapper Hoodrich Pablo Juan Sentenced To 5 Years In RICO Case

Rapper Hoodrich Pablo Juan was sentenced to 5 years in prison.

The rapper, whose real name is Sterking Leroy Pennix Jr., was sentenced for his involvement in a RICO case.

On December 1, the rapper was sentenced to 15 years, but after a plea deal, his sentence was shortened to 5 years, according to court documents obtained TMZ and other reports.

Under the terms of his plea agreement, Pablo Juan will serve five years in prison, but will be credited for time served, which means he will stay behind bars for three years.

After his release, the “We Don’t Luv Em” will then serve the remainder of hiss 15-year sentence on probation. While on probation, he must avoid any contact with members or associates of a criminal gang and will also be barred from possessing firearms and ammo.

The rapper was arrested two years ago in 2020, as he was part of a large gang investigation on RICO charges.

The rapper, who was signed with Gucci Mane’s 1017 Eskimo label, was among with 46 other alleged co-conspirators who faced an indictment on “92 counts of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, 59 counts of violations of the Georgia Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act, three count of trafficking heroin, four counts of kidnapping, four counts of murder and 24 counts of aggravated assault.”

Juan Pablo eventually pleaded guilty to one count of violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act.
