Rapper HotBoy Wes Sentenced To 15 Years In Prison For Violence Against Mothers Of His Children

TEXAS – Rapper HotBoy Wes was sentenced to prison Thursday on multiple felony counts.

The Waco rapper, whose real name is Wesley Takquan Lewis, was sentenced to serve 15 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to 10 counts alleged in six separate indictments, KWTS reports.

Lewis, 28, appearing via video conference at his sentencing hearing from the McLennan County Jail, pleaded guilty to two counts of assault family violence, robbery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, unauthorized use of a vehicle, endangering children, criminal mischief of more than $2,500 and theft from a person in offenses ranging from 2020 to 2023, according to the outlet.

He was sentenced to 15 years in prison on multiple counts and 24 months in prison on the state jail felony offenses, ordering the sentences to be served concurrently.

He must serve 7 years in prison before he’s eligible for parole.

He’s accused of trying to run the mother of his children off the road with their two children in the car.

Lewis signed to rapper Gucci Mane’s 1017 Records in 2021.
