JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA- Rapper Julio Foolio was arrested Tuesday after police pulled him over for having tinted windows, police say.
The Florida rapper, whose real name is Charles Jones, was booked into the Duval County Jail, reports news4jax. Records show he bonded out and is on home detection.
Police say Julio Foolio was pulled over for allegedly having illegal tinted windows.
The rapper and two other males were detained until police searched his vehicle. Police say the 23-year-old rapper then told them there was a gun inside of the car, which was seized.
He was charged with failing to obey police, fleeing.
