BROOKLYN- KJ Balla, whose real is Noel Kennedy, 23, was shot in his chest in a drive-by. A gunman shot at Balla from a passing vehicle on Friday around 9:45 p.m., according to police, in the East New York section of Brooklyn.
Balla was taken to Brookdale Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
A male that was with Balla was also shot, in his back, arm and stomach, but he’s expected to survive after taking himself to the Hospital afterwards.
KJ Balla was a up & coming rapper, and the founder of his record label Nothing Records.
In his recent video for “Back To Back”, Balla spoke about dying in the streets, rapping “I’ll put the gun in his face … maybe you dying today. I keep it tight when I ride in the street, “I cannot die in the street.”
