Rapper Kodak Black was shot in his leg this past weekend at a club in West Hollywood, California.
The rapper, whose real name is Bill Kapri, was among 3 people who were shot outside of a restaurant on Saturday after Justin Bieber had performed for Superbowl LIV.
Four men were hospitalized, ages 19, 22, 24, and 60. They are expected to live.
Kodak’s attorney released a statement on his Instagram which read:
“There was an unprovoked attack on an individual kodak was with, when security and kodak came to his aid, several shots were fired at them by an unidentified assailant. Luckily, this was all caught on video. Kodak was struck in the leg. It was not life threatening, he will make a full recovery and he is in stable condition.”
