Rapper Lil Mosey Found Not Guilty Of Rape

WASHINGTON- Rapper Lil Mosey has been found not guilty of second-degree murder.

The 21-year-old rapper was ‘cleared of all charges by a jury on Thursday after his trial, according to TMZ.

The rapper, whose real name is Lathan Moses Stanly Echols, plead not guilty to his charges, which stem from 2021, as I wrote before.

Mosey was charged with rape after a woman claimed that she and her girlfriend were both raped by the rapper and another man after they all met at a cabin.

The woman who accused the rapper of rape told police that she gave consent to have sex with the rapper in a vehicle, but she blacked out later on at the cabin after drinking White Claw and champagne.

She told police that she awoke after blacking out at the cabin and allegedly found Lil Mosey on top of her, having sex with her. She also said that when she woke up for the second time from passing out, that another man was having sex with her.

The rapper’s charge alleged that he engaged in sexual intercourse with the woman when she was physically helpless or mentally incapitated.

TMZ obtained an affidavit that states the woman said she suffered injuries to her inner knee, neck and arm.

Another woman who attended the party also claimed that she was told she had intercourse but could not remember.

The Washington rapper began to make a name for himself in 2017 with his single ‘Pull Up.”
