LOS ANGELES- Rapper Lil Pump has settled a “Hit And Run” lawsuit.
According to legal docs obtained by The Blast, Lil Pump’s record label told a court that they have entered into a settlement with the other vehicle’s driver, who claimed that he was badly injured in the car accident.
Both parties in this case are asking the judge to sign off on the settlement, The Blast reports.
Lil Pump was sued by a man who claimed that the rapper violently collided into his Nissin Pathfinder in Los Angeles on Oct. 11, 2017 with his 2007 Bentley as he rode with his manager and some friends.
Docs state that the man was pulled out of his car by the rapper and his crew, only to be left on the side of a road despite his injuries and falling unconscious.
The victim also claims that Lil Pump, nor anyone in his entourage attended to him, instead, they group grabbed a couple of large duffel bags from the trunk of the Bentley and fled the scene.
The Blast reports that the man’s complaint states he sued Lil Pump and Warner Records, who he says they were responsible for the Bentley. The man claims he suffered injuries and medical bills.
The manager named in the lawsuit no longer manages Lil Pump and Warner Records wants to be done with the lawsuit.
