The rapper was at a gas station with his girlfriend, when he allegedly got into an argument with another man over the late Tupac.
The rapper was seen yelling at the man, as he began to walk over to his Range Rover, as he got inside, he pulled his gun out again, as he was smiling at the guy.
The guy began shouting that Xan had pulled a gun out on him.
