Megan Thee Stallion suing former MLB player Carl Crawford

MLB player Carl Crawford is being sued by rapper Megan Thee Stallion and here’s why.

Crawford started a record label called “1505 Certified Entertainment”, where he signed the female Texas rapper 5 years ago, probably not expecting that she would later sign with Jay-Z’s Roc Nation and rise to her status.

According to TMZ, Megan Thee Stallion is suing Crawford for over $1 million for her not being able to release new music due the deal she says she signed with his him.

Court documents state that 1505 Entertainment takes 60% of her recording income and Megan Thee Stallion keeps 40% of the remaining income.

The lawsuit claims that Megan has allegedly asked for the receipts, but says the record label has given her paperwork that’s “incomplete.”

Crawford is also known for dating reality star Evelyn Lozada from VH1’s ‘Basketball Wives.”

Crawford played for the Tampa Bay Rays and the Los Angeles Dodger’s.
