FRESNO, California (KSEE/KGPE) — A rapper who went by the stage name “Money Bags” was arrested with fake money and props, according to police.
Police say that they were doing a welfare check for a child on Wednesday night when they spoke to an alleged female victim.
Police spotted “Money Bags”, whose real name is Devon Watson, on Thursday.
During the stop, police say that they found counterfeit money, and prop guns for a music video.
Watson had a warrant from Los Angeles, but had no other charges filed against him.
