PALM BEACH, FLORIDA- Rapper Money Mitch has reportedly died after he fatally shot himself during a police pursuit.
Police in Palm Beach County say they stopped the Florida rapper on June 23, during a traffic stop as he was in an Uber. That’s when he allegedly began firing at them, reports WPTV.
The rapper allegedly wasn’t shot by police officers, and fled to a building around the corner. Police followed a trail of blood, which led them to Money Mitch on a second-floor. He had a gunshot wound which they believed happened during the shooting.
It was then discovered that the rapper had fatally shot himself.
Two officers were placed on administrative leave, as there is an investigation.
The up & coming rapper is known for one of his songs featuring rapper SpotemGottem that has over 200,ooo view on YouTube, and he had new music he was planning on releasing.
