HOUSTON- Upcoming rapper Montana22 has died, after protecting his girlfriend’s son from gunfire.
Montana22, whose real name is Emanuel Soloman, was fatally shot shielding his girlfriend’s 11-year-old son, Dominic Sumicek, from gunmen on Monday, in front of an apartment complex.
Investigators are looking for three male suspects, who were seen waiting in a parked vehicle outside of the apartment complex where the shooting occured.
The gunmen fled the scene, after the fatal shootings, according to investigators.
Montana22 is known for his first song “They Don’t Know” and “I AIN Really Down Wit This RAP”.
