LOS ANGELES- Rapper NBA YoungBoy was found not guilty Friday of a felony gun possession charge Friday.
The charge stems from when YoungBoy was arrested in March of 2021, after a chase with police who were attempting to arrest him on an outstanding.
The 22-year-old rapper, whose real name is Kentrell Gaulden, was driving from his L.A. home when police began following him. The rapper led police on a chase, and then fled on foot.
He was later arrested, and police said they found a gun on the floorboard of his Mercedes.
