Rapper No Savage’s Trial Date Set For 2023 In Mall Shooting Case

DC- Rapper No Savage’s trial date has been set for 2023 after he was indicted by a grand jury Monday for firing his gun inside of a mall.

The rapper’s trial is scheduled for Feb. 13, 2023, according to the Fairfax County Circuit Court Clerk. It’s scheduled to last four days, reports WJLA.

The 22-year-old D.C rapper, whose real name is Noah Settles, is charged with brandishing a firearm and possession of a concealed firearm, three counts of malicious discharge of a weapon into an occupied building, attempted malicious wounding, and the use of a weapon in the commission of a felony for the June 18 shooting inside the Tysons Corner Mall.

No Savage could possibly be facing up to 45 years in prison if he’s convicted, reports 7News.

The rapper is accused of opening fire inside the mall on June 18, after getting into a dispute with another group. He allegedly fired three rounds.

Police say he then fled the scene. They are also looking for other suspects.
