Rapper Ox, who battled Eminem as “Lotto” in the in the movie “8 Mile” has reportedly died.
The actor and rapper, whose real name is Nashawn Breedlove, 46, reportedly died this week. His management and family haven’t confirmed the news, but other rappers have taken to social media sending their condolences to the battle rapper.
Rapper Mickey Factz took to his Instagram on Monday, September 25, sharing a clip of Breedlove as his character Lotto battling Eminem in the movie.
The caption read “RIP to one of the emcee’s to beat Eminem… Lotto from 8 Mile. Who’s friends lovingly called him, OX. You will be missed for your tenacity and aggressiveness.”
Battle rapper Daylyt also wrote under Mickey Factz post “The first mc who was ever robbed of his win in a rap battle! Rip lotto.”
