MIAMI- Rapper Pooh Shiesty will remain in jail, and is facing federal charges, despite a witness recanting their story.
Lawyers revealed in court on Thursday that he rapper may now be facing federal charges in an earlier shooting case, reports The Miami Herald.
A judge declined bond for Pooh Shiesty, whose real name is Lontrell Williams, on Thursday, while prosecutors investigate why the victim at the strip club shooting recanted his statement to police, and has decided to stop cooperating.
The Memphis rapper may face federal charges in connection to a shooting that happened last year, in what police are calling an alleged drug deal gone wrong.
