GEORGIA – Rapper Quando Rondo has pleaded not guilty to federal gun charges in court, according to WSB-TV.
Quando Rondo, whose real name is Tyquian Bowman, was named in a 14-count federal indictment that charged him with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute controlled substances such as methamphetamine, cocaine, fentanyl and marijuana.
The rapper was pulled over by police in Savanah on Friday and arrested. He was reportedly taken into custody by the F.B.I.
Two other defendants named in the indictment, Ty’Sean Davis, AKA “Stro” and Donald Davis, AKA “Lil D” had their arraignments two weeks ago, according to WJCL.
A fourth defendant, only known as “Hollywood” was arrested Tuesday, according to the outlet.
Bowman arrest comes after he was indicted in June for violating the Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act, two counts of conspiracy to violate the Georgia Controlled Substance Act and illegally using a communication facility.
