Rapper Quavo Aboard Yacht In Miami Under Investigation For Alleged Robbery

MIAMI, FL- Rapper Quavo was reportedly aboard a yacht that is being investigated after two men allegedly robbed the captain.

Miami Beach Police said two men aboard the yacht, (not Quavo) allegedly became “very aggressive” with the captain and his crew after they told them that the time on their rented vessel was coming to an end, Page Six reports.

The two men identified as Cornell A. Whitefield and Anteneh A. Workeneh allegedly demanded a refund and allegedly threatened to kill the captain, according to the outlet.

The captain told police that the men threatened to “kill” him before going through his pockets and allegedly removing his wallet and phone.

Several men were detained.

A rep says Quavo was never arrested and isn’t even listed as a witness.

Quavo was seen with his hands in zip ties before the other men were taken into custody.

All men have since been released without incident, Page Six.
