CALIFORNIA- Rapper Roddy Rich is accused of owing his former landlord $200,000.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a property investment company filed a lawsuit which says that Roddy rented a home in California on April 1st, 2020 for one year, agreeing to pay $15,950.00 per, but he allegedly stop paying in July.
The company is also accusing the rapper of not returning the property in the same condition he brought it in.
AIM Property Investment claims that Roddy made damages to the home that equal $200,000, and they say the house hasn’t been rented out since the alleged damages took place.
