NY- Rapper Rowdy Rebel was released from prison on Tuesday, after being incarcerated since 2016.
The Brooklyn rapper was released on parole and was met by his family and friends upon his release from the Collins Correctional Facility.
Rowdy, rapper Bobby Shmurda and their GS9 affiliates were arrested in 2014 for charges that included murder, conspiracy, weapons and drug possession.
Bobby Shmurda will be released on Dec. 11, 2021, after he was denied parole for having over 10 violations while in prison.
Rowdy wasted no time as he showed a video on Instagram of him in the studio recording music again.
