Rapper SpottemGottem Arrested In Miami After High-Speed Chase And Discovery Of Guns In Car

MIAMI- Rapper SpottemGottem was reportedly arrested on Tuesday following a high-speed chase.

The rapper, whose real name is Nehemiah Harden, was taken into custody by the Miami-Dade Police Department after they spotted the rapper in a heavily tinted Corvette, reports WSVN.

The rapper allegedly evaded police and a pursuit began.

During the pursuit, Harden collided with another vehicle, and he fled the scene. The pursuit didn’t stop there. SpottemGottem’s vehicle eventually stopped after becoming disabled, and he then fled on foot, hiding inside of a shed where he was taken into custody, the outlet reports.

Police said a search of the 21-year-old rapper’s car allegedly led to the discovery of a black Glock 23 with a green rubber grip, modified with an illegal fully automatic Glock sear. A loose .40 caliber round in the center console and a .40-caliber gun magazine containing 19 rounds of ammunition.

The rapper faces multiple charges for the pursuit and possession of firearms.
