Rapper T.I. And Wife Tiny Harris Sued For 2005 Hotel Room Sexual Assault

LOS ANGELES – A woman has filed a sexual assault and battery complaint against rapper T.I. and his wife singer Tiny Harris, claiming the couple drugged her, then took her back to their hotel and raped her at a club in 2015.

The woman filed her complaint against the couple as Jane Doe in Los Angeles Tuesday. She claimed in the complaint that she “did not consent to any of the sexual assault or misconduct.”

Jane Doe said in the complaint that she was in her early 20’s and was serving in the Air Force when she met the couple in 2005 as she was stationed in L.A.

She said was allegedly introduced to T.I., 43 and Tiny, 48, in the VIP section of a club by a man named Caviar.

While at the club, Doe claims Tiny gave her a drink, then brought her back to a hotel room with T.I. and two other women. After the women left, Doe alleges that Tiny took her clothing off, and as she was feeling “extremely shocked and uncomfortable” after the couple joined her in the shower.

After the shower, Doe claims that she was “signaled” to get into bed with T.I., saying she felt extremely “dizzy and lightheaded” while making her way there, making her believe she was drugged, according to reports.

While in bed, T.I. allegedly turned on a porn and demanded that she give him a massage on his back and naked body. Then Tiny joined them in bed and allegedly began to massage Doe, which made her feel sick, disgusted, and nauseated.”

Tiny then allegedly straddled her back and pinned her down, and T.I. allegedly slid his toes into Doe’s vagina. She told him “No” and tried to move him out of her way.

T.I. went to get a condom while Tiny was allegedly still grinding on Doe’s back, before the alleged victim threw up.

She then went to a couch where she passed out until the following morning waking up with her vagina in “serious pain and an itching and burning sensation.

Doe is seeking unspecified damages for sexual battery, battery, sexual assault, false imprisonment, negligence, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Tiny and T.I. continue to dent the allegations.
