Rapper Takeoff accused of raping woman; he denies it

LOS ANGELES- A woman is suing rapper Takeoff, from the rap group Migos, alleging he raped her at a party.

Buzzfeed reports the woman filed a lawsuit against the Atlanta rapper on Wednesday, alleging that Takeoff, whose real name is Kirshnik Khari Ball, entered a room she was in, at a party that took place at a Los Angles home on June 23rd. taking off her clothes, flipping her over and allegedly raping her.

The alleged victim’s identity is unknown, as she is going by “Jane Doe”.

The victim states in court documents that she was invited to the Los Angles party by DJ Durel, who works for the rap group.

Once there, Jane Doe claims that Takeoff was making her feel uncomfortable by starring at her, before she was allegedly raped.

Takeoff allegedly tried to start a conversation with the alleged victim by offering her Marijuana, which she claims, she refused to smoke.

Under the impression that she was going to be on a date with Dj Durel, Jane Doe proceeded upstairs to a room with him, and an argument allegedly broke out between him and Takeoff at the staircase.

Jane Doe claims she so uncomfortable, she left both men arguing, proceeding to enter a room by herself, and it’s there that she claims that Takeoff began taking off her clothes, flipping her over, allegedly raping her.

Takeoff is denying these rape allegations, with his attorney, Drew Findling telling TMZ:
