Upcoming rapper Tay-K, known for his song ‘ The Race’ has been charged with murder and robbery.
Tay-Kay 47 , whose real name is Taymor McIntyre, was found guilty on Friday.
The rapper, who was just 15-years-old at the time, was involved in a deadly robbery that he participated in.
The second charge of murder is when McIntyre cut his ankle monitor off, and while on the run, robbed a 21-year-old aspiring photographer and beat him at a park.
During this time of being on the run, Tay-Kay 47 recorded a song titled ‘On The Run’, which now has over 170 million views on YouTube. In the video, the young rapper is seen in front of a wanted poster of himself.
He reportedly showed no emotion in court, and was described as trouble maker, who threw tissue in jail, cut his ankle monitor off and allegedly has been threatening people.
He faces 5-99 years in prison.
