MIAMI- Rapper Trina issued an apology via a statement on her Instagram for some very insensitive comments she made regarding protesters.
The rapper released a statement which read that she takes “full responsibility” for her actions, and that she was “actually upset with those who are using the peaceful demonstrations as a vehicle for their own intentions.”

Several days Trina made a comment calling protesters “animals” and telling police to lock all of them up, and she even insisted on lowering the curfew.
Many got at Trina, saying she wasn’t showing support to her community and those who are activists. Many who are not looters.
